- replaced 2 decks, bringing them up to code and properly drilling cement supports
- installed plumbing and electric for a washer & dryer
- replaced and framed windows, including cutting a new shape
- installed a wood burning stove & venting
- properly insulated the house
- replaced and extended all siding

Oh, and came by to help figure out a smell!
