Cleaning Contract

• **Additional fees may apply for certain services.

• Cleaning rates start at $35/hour per cleaner, New York State Sales Tax will be added.

• Cleanings rates based on location, please see Rate Maps.

• Weekend + Holidays - special rates apply.

• All cleanings/services are minimum of 3 hours.

• Fully insured with both liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of cleaning to avoid cancellation fees.

• Same Day Rental Cleaning Turnovers are an additional $10/hour, per cleaner.

• We are working owners - Email/Text response within 24 hours and phone message response depending upon volume.

• In addition to the packages below, we also offer construction, real estate, special events, move-in, or move-out cleanings.

• We encourage you to build your own cleaning packages based on your individualized needs.
